Rod Petrone
Rod Petrone's musical journey began at the tender age of 18 with a debut performance at the prestigious New York Academy of Arts. Under the tutelage of Russian composer and scholar Alexander Bellow and renowned Jazz guitarist Stanley Solow, Rod honed his skills and honed his unique musical voice. He went on to captivate audiences as a featured performer with the Mount Hood Orchestra in Portland, showcasing his virtuosity alongside Brazilian mandolinist Paulo de Sa and even gracing Canadian television screens.
Rod's musical repertoire is as diverse as it is impressive, encompassing a rich tapestry of international sounds from the sultry rhythms of Brazilian music to the lively strains of Latin American, the romantic melodies of French musette, and the passionate intensity of tango. He also brings his own signature touch to classic Italian pieces, infusing them with his own arrangements and a touch of his innate musical flair.
