Rogue River Smokin BBQ is the food truck for the evening! Family-friendly event with a suggested donation of $10, all goes to the musicians!
The Brothers Reed are a dynamic folk duo consisting of brothers Aaron and Phil Reed. Despite growing up together in St. Charles, Missouri, they didn't start playing music together until five years ago when Phil joined Aaron in the American Northwest.
Their unique style seamlessly blends the grit and humor of Midwest life with the swagger and serenity of the west coast. Their finger-picking style evokes the folk singers of the 60's and 70's, with a contemporary edge that sets them apart. Their diverse backgrounds in bands ranging from heavy metal to reggae, rock, punk, country, and funk, have helped to cultivate their distinct sound.
Their live performances are known for their comedic brotherly banter and impeccable harmonies. They incorporate harmonica and percussion into their sets, playing both familiar and original songs that will have you reflecting on lost loves, laughing hysterically, and leaving completely entertained.
With three studio albums under their belt (Sick As Folk, 2015; Monster In My Head, 2016; Three, 2018) and a live release (Live at the Buckhunters Ball: Callahan, CA, 2017) and the latest “Caught in a Dream” 2019, the Brothers Reed have quickly risen to regional fame and tour extensively throughout the U.S. You can find tour dates, music, merchandise, and videos on their website, www.thebrothersreed.com.
