We're excited to return to Ashland and the wonderful communities of the Rogue Valley Peace Choir and the Rogue Valley UU Fellowship! After this long hiatus, this concert will celebrate the release of our CDs, "Rooted" and "Evolution", which were released in 2021.
Emma's Revolution is a music group consisting of 2 singer-songwriter women. They perform timely, beautiful, topical songs, and have been a successful touring group for many years, including 4 or 5 concerts in Ashland over the last 15 years. They have a strong following in the Ashland area. This concert is being sponsored by the Rogue Valley Peace Choir and is open to the general public. Known for fearless, truth-telling lyrics and melodies you can’t resist singing, Emma's Revolution is the dynamic, award-winning activist duo of Pat Humphries & Sandy O. The duo are in their 20th year performing together. Emma’s Revolution's songs have traveled around the world and have been sung for the Dalai Lama, praised by Pete Seeger and covered by Holly Near.
Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
The Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is among more than 1,000 Unitarian Universalist congregations in the United States. We host in-person worship at 87 4th St. in Ashland, Oregon live-streamed to our YouTube Channel 10:30 a.m. each Sunday. At this time, face-masks are required inside the church, and are available at the door for those who need them.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Fellowship is to foster liberal religious living through worship, study, service, and fellowship both within our Congregation and in the larger community.
OUR VISION: An open community practicing compassion, nurturing spirit, living justice, and protecting the earth.
