Ashland Food Co-op's Community Classroom in Ashland Oregon is the venue for the Co-op’s Community Oven Cooking Classes, Free Monday Night Lectures and Special Community Events. The list of Cooking Classes and Free Monday Night Lectures are constantly changing due to seasonality, and interest from the public.

The Free Monday Night Lectures are a way for local practitioners to educate the public about their specialty. These talks range from childbirth, nutrition, retirement, personal development and anything else that aligns with the Co-op mission.

They are committed to enriching the community with the knowledge imparted by amazing diversity of Instructors, offering intimate classes with subjects ranging from soups to desserts, and encompassing raw to omnivore dietary preferences.
